Sumatra produces some of the finest coffee in the world, and its beans form the base of many popular blends served by Starbucks. Join our Coffee Tour to learn about the entire coffee process from planting and cultivating coffee trees, harvesting the cherries, drying and processing the beans, to finally tasting the finished product!

This sustainable tour supports local farmers and plantations in the area around Lake Toba.

We travel by private car from Bukit Lawang to a village in the highlands, approximately 7–8 hours by road. Along the way, you will pass through rainforest areas, plantations, farmland, views of Mount Sinabung, and finally reach our destination near the deepest lake in the world, (Lake Toba)

You may stay overnight in a local village homestay, or we can arrange hotel accommodation for you.
